Electronic Arts detailed new content coming to Star Wars Battlefront, including what's available in its next expansion, Bespin. The second of four planned downloadable content packs arrives this June as part of the game's Season Pass. It will finally introduce a fan favorite to the mix: Lando Calrissian.
As previously announced, Bespin will take place in Cloud City, a location first introduced in The Empire Strikes Back. Four new maps based on the area will be included, as will new Star Cards, blasters and a new game mode. Alongside Lando is another playable character: Dengar, a bounty hunter hired by Darth Vader to take down Han Solo.
EA will also add free content updates to Battlefront throughout the next few months. These include new Hutt Contracts and options for those who want to "enjoy Star Wars Battlefront offline," the publisher teased. Plans for celebrating so-called Star Wars Day — known to non-fans as May 4 — are also in the works.
The third and fourth of the remaining Season Pass expansions will arrive this fall and in early 2017. Each pack is also available as a stand-alone purchase. The first DLC set, Outer Rim, hit PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One last month, adding new characters like Greedo to Battlefront.
