Watch 30 minutes from Mirror's Edge Catalyst's upcoming closed beta

See the beginning of the game as well as an intriguing later mission

EA and developer DICE are preparing to launch a closed beta for the upcoming first-person action game Mirror's Edge Catalyst. But you can get a sneak peek at two of the missions from the beta portion of the game now.

In the video above, we play through the very beginning of the game, as protagonist Faith is released from prison. Then we jump ahead to one of the final missions available in the closed beta. Two or three hours into Catalyst, Faith finds herself on a dangerous mission to sneak into a major corporation's headquarters, and she's shocked by what she discovers there.

If you'd like to spend more time with Mirror's Edge Catalyst, the closed beta will go live next Friday, April 22, and run until Tuesday, April 26. For those stuck waiting for the full release, it's not far. Catalyst arrives on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC next month on May 24.
