Technical issues at the beginning of Halo 5: Guardians' beta for the new Warzone Firefight mode have led to that beta being extended an extra day.
The beta began on Thursday and will now run until 10 a.m. PT on Tuesday. It's testing out a mode of play based on Halo 5's Firefight and Halo 3: ODST's popular Firefight mode. It's a cooperative mode in which eight players tackle five rounds of increasingly difficult enemy AI, including a new "Mythic" class of boss enemies.
A new "Mythic Warzone" REQ pack also has been offered since the beginning of the beta, and its gear may be used in it and all of the other Warzone game types in Halo 5's multiplayer.
Warzone Firefight is due for a full launch sometime this summer.
