Steven Universe returns in May with new episodes that will premiere over the course of four weeks, according to Entertainment Weekly. The first two of these will air May 12 at 7 p.m. ET on Cartoon Network.
Cartoon Network is calling the set of five episodes "In Too Deep," an event that it teased with the clip above. The arc will focus on Steven and his fellow Crystal Gems, including latest addition Peridot, as they get down to business against one of their most intimidating enemies.
The video hints that fans should expect this latest "Steven bomb" to be action-heavy. Cartoon Network renewed the show last month for two more seasons, through season five.
