Here’s what the Falco amiibo does in Star Fox Zero

Star Fox Zero is here, which means exploring what amiibo functionality brings to the game.

Currently, Nintendo only lists the Fox McCloud amiibo as being compatible with Star Fox Zero. But as you might’ve guessed, the Falco amiibo isn’t being left out.

With the Falco amiibo, you can fly the Black Arwing in Star Fox Zero. Check out the video above to see us take the Black Arwing for a spin on Corneria’s surface. Star Fox veteran Nick Robinson knows all the secret passages and tricks for defeating Andross’ troops.

The Falco amiibo was first announced at E3 2015, and was released in the fall as a Best Buy exclusive. Star Fox Zero launched today on Wii U.
