Bethesda announces its E3 news conference schedule

Live stream events kick off at 6:15 p.m. PT on June 12

Owen S. Good is a longtime veteran of video games writing, well known for his coverage of sports and racing games.

Bethesda will supplement its second E3 news conference with a "BE3 Plus" show that streams live after the hour-long showcase, the publisher announced today.

For those who will be watching from home, Bethesda's June 12 event will begin with a pre-show at 6:15 PT, followed by the event itself at 7 p.m. and then the BE3 Plus recap at 8 p.m. At 9 pm PT an as yet unnamed band will provide entertainment.

Those who will be in Los Angeles may register for a chance to attend the event live. About a thousand fans were let into last year's showcase.

Bethesda's E3 news conference follows the 1 p.m. showcase that Electronic Arts has planned for the same day, moving its presentation up a day from the Monday slot it had taken for years.
