The Division's weekly assignments kick off with next update

Presenting Operation ISAC

Weekly missions are coming to Tom Clancy's The Division on April 12, Ubisoft announced. The above teaser for the assignments, which will be issued every Tuesday, gives players a slight idea of what to expect.

Called Operation ISAC, after the game's computerized assistant, the feature will offer players new in-game events and rewards each week. They'll be available for seven days, after which a new transmission will send out another assignment. These include combat, Dark Zone and crafting-related missions, according to the upcoming update's patch notes.

The launch accompanies the game's first free expansion pack. That content update will also include the first of The Division's planned Incursions, called "Falcon Lost."

PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One players of The Division can look forward to the various additions — and patches for certain notable glitches — when the update launches next Tuesday.
