Watch the trailer for Orange is the New Black's fourth season

Litchfield has undergone some changes

Things are looking rougher than usual for the ladies of Litchfield Penitentiary in the new trailer for Netflix's Orange is the New Black's fourth season.

Now that the prison has become a for-profit institution, there are 100 new inmates that have moved into the tight space. Last season may have ended with a rare moment of happiness for the women, as they managed to escape through a broken fence and go for a swim in the nearby lake, but that moment is gone. Instead, it's been replaced by fear, fights, and forgotten friendships.

"I don't feel safe," Piper (Taylor Schilling) says at one point in the trailer. Between the shots of inmates in hospital beds and icy cold glares that would send chills down anyone's spine, it's evident that danger will definitely be one of the prominent themes this season.

Orange is the New Black returns to Netflix June 17 at 12:01 a.m. PT. The first three seasons are available to watch for all subscribers where Netflix is available.
