Rocket League goes cyberpunk with Neo Tokyo in 'largest update in the game's history'

Neo Tokyo is about to explode

Rocket League's latest update arrives on June 20 and will take players to the cyberpunk-themed arena of Neo Tokyo, developer Psyonix announced today.

The update, which Psyonix is calling the largest "in the game's history," introduces the beginning of Season 3 for Competitive Playlists, an expanded drop system with more rare and very rare items, new quick-chat customization options, post-game celebrations and more. After the update's arrival, the developer will also release two new premium cars, Esper and Masamune, which you can view below. Rocket League Collector's Edition owners will get them first on June 24 in North America and July 5 in Europe.
