Telltale's Walking Dead returns this fall, first video here

Clementine is back!

Telltale's Job Stauffer joined IGN to share the first video of the return of its Walking Dead series. Clementine is back and, just as it was from Season 1 to Season 2, she's older still. "When we first were with her, she was about 8 or 9 years old. Into Season 2, she was closer to 11," Stauffer said. "And now she's in her early teens and a lot of time has passed and a lot of things have happened."

But her age isn't the only thing that's different. She's also missing a finger (!),

"We are closer and caught up to where things are in the comic book right now and closer to where the show is," Stauffer added.

"We aren't outright calling this The Walking Dead Season 3, though this is absolutely the third season and it will absolutely continue the story that you've started," Stauffer said, "if you've started and played through seasons one and two."

Clementine (Clem for short) is joined by Javier ("Javi for short," Stauffer says) and he is "central to this story." Javier is an entirely new character and didn't exist in either the comics or TV show. You will play as both Clem and Javi in Season 3, and Clem is very much his equal.

"Go back and have a peek at this teaser, there are some subtle clues in there for you guys," Stauffer teased.
