During Nintendo's Treehouse presentation at E3, the company unveiled the first look at Pokémon Moon and Sun's newest mode, Battle Royal. Gameplay of the new mode can be seen in the video above.
The new mode pits four trainers against each other in a four-way melee battle. After the trainer picks the three Pokémon they want to use, they send each Pokémon in one-by-one. The battle continues until one trainer loses all three of their Pokémon. The following three trainers are ranked based on how well they performed, how many Pokémon they lave left in play and how many Pokémon they personally defeated during the battle.
Pokemon Moon and Sun will be released Nov. 18, 2016 for the 3DS.
