Destiny developer Bungie will unveil the game's fourth expansion on June 9, the studio announced today.

The livestream is set to begin at 10 a.m. PT on Bungie's Twitch channel. Bungie's news post features the image above of Guardians in Iron Banner armor, which appears to confirm the rumors that the expansion will focus on the semi-regular Crucible event. Leaked artwork pegged the expansion's name as Rise of Iron.

Destiny publisher Activision announced in February that Bungie will deliver a "large new expansion" to Destiny later this year, followed by a full sequel in 2017. The game's most recent expansion, The Taken King, launched in September.
