Shown in the game only as silhouettes to this point, here is the final artwork for the three team leaders in Pokémon Go. It was revealed this afternoon during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con.

So there you have it: Candela is in charge of Team Valor (red), Blanche is captain of Team Mystic (blue) and Spark is the leader of Team Instinct (yellow).
Niantic's John Hanke said during today's Comic-Con panel that the team leaders' final art wasn't finalized before the mobile game's launch, hence the silhouettes.
Pokémon Go launched on July 5 in North America, Australia and New Zealand and has become a cultural phenomenon in the three weeks since. Pokémon Go recently went live in Japan and is awaiting the launch of Pokémon Go Plus, which introduces a wearable peripheral that helps the user catch Pokémon.
