LittleBigPlanet 3's game-making tools are extensive and impressive, as illustrated by player "Katapultoffel's" recreation of Dark Souls' Undead Asylum in the PlayStation game. From the opening in-game cutscene to the battle with the Asylum Demon boss, it's all here, more or less, presented in LittleBigPlanet form.
Katapultoffel takes a few shortcuts here and there, but the gist of Undead Asylum is intact. So are Dark Souls' general mechanics, like dodge-rolling, Estus drinking and stamina-dependent combat. Katapultoffel even worked in Dark Souls' soapstone messages. The level took him about a month to create, according to his post on Reddit.
