Charity event Summer Games Done Quick kicks off today, July 3, offering seven days of round-the-clock video game speedrunning bliss — and it's all being done for a good cause. You can watch Games Done Quick's summertime event, streamed live via Twitch, right here.
The action kicks off with a speedrun of love-it-or-hate-it GameCube platformer-adventure Super Mario Sunshine, then rolls into sprints through The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Demon's Souls and Bastion. Players will continue speedrunning 24 hours a day until Saturday, July 9.

Summer Games Done Quick 2016 is raising money for charity organization Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières). The speedrunning group’s most recent marathon event, Awesome Games Done Quick, raised more than $1.2 million for the Prevent Cancer Foundation earlier this year.
