Need For Speed, Unravel added to EA Access games vault

The newest additions to EA Access' library of games will be the 2015 Need For Speed reboot of the racing franchise, plus Unravel, the platforming, heart-tugging indie game that launched this past spring.

On July 12 those two games will join the roster of titles free to subscribers of the $29.99-per-year ($4.99 a month) service, only on Xbox One. They will be followed on Aug. 30 by Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, the comical third-person shooter that launched in February. That will bring to 24 the number of games available through this service.

In announcing the new arrivals to EA Access, Electronic Arts reminded that users will get five-day access to Madden NFL 17, NHL 17 and FIFA 17 prior to their August and September retail launches, and an eight-day advance preview of Battlefield 1 before its Oct. 13 debut.
