The Rogue One trailer makes some really nice desktop backgrounds

When you're watching a trailer for a movie, sometimes you see something so beautiful or cool that you want to use it as your wallpaper. Or maybe you want to have a high-res image to send to a friend. Or, well, there are a couple of hundred reasons for why you'd want to save an image from the most recent Rogue One: A Star Wars Story trailer.

After the trailer premiered, Disney posted high-res versions of the best stills from the trailer. There are shots of Darth Vader, Jyn Erso, the Rebels, the Empire and of course, cool spaceships. We've taken 10 of the best shots and included them below. The other images can be found here.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story focuses on a group of Rebel fighters, led by Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) to steal the plans to the Death Star. The film will be released Dec. 16.
