Watch Titanfall 2's Gamescom multiplayer reveal right here

YouTube personalities go toe-to-toe with Titanfall community

Charlie Hall is Polygon’s tabletop editor. In 10-plus years as a journalist & photographer, he has covered simulation, strategy, and spacefaring games, as well as public policy.

Today at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, the team at Respawn Entertainment is planning to share more about Titanfall 2’s multiplayer gameplay, and you can watch it live right here.

A crack team of YouTube personalities, including XFactorGaming, Darkness429 and TheZombiUnicorn will take part in an organized skirmish live on YouTube Gaming. Led by a "Titanfall community leader," both sides drop in starting at 2 p.m. ET.

We’ll have the main feed embedded above, and will load up the archive as soon as it’s available.

Polygon recently had a hands-off preview of Titanfall 2’s upcoming single-player campaign mode. In it, players will take the role of the Frontier Militia’s Jack Cooper, a low-level rifleman only recently paired with a massive mech named BT-7274. Less is known about Respawn’s multiplayer mode, other than the fact that the beta will be console-only.
