Square Enix announced this morning that it had launched Deux Ex Go on the iOS and Android storefronts. The mobile title follows in the footsteps of Hitman Go and Lara Croft Go and retails for $4.99.
The turn-based game features protagonist Adam Jensen and asks players to use his hacking and fighting skills alongside his augmentations to navigate a maze of enemies and puzzles. A press release issued today says the game features more than 50 levels, including a new puzzle uploaded to the game each day. Success in the game will reward players of upcoming Deus Ex: Mankind Divided with additional "Praxis Kits" for use in that game.
More details were also released about the mobile game’s upcoming level design tool.
"Expected to launch after the initial release," the release said, "the puzzle maker will allow players to create challenging levels to share with friends. In the meantime, the team will regularly bring new content to the game dynamically through the Live Puzzles module."
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will launch on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One Aug. 23.
