Modern Warfare Remastered's newest trailer brings the past into clearer focus

All the intensity of the 2007 original, in sharper detail

Depending on who you talk to, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, launching Nov. 4, may be a more anticipated title than Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, which arrives the same day. The landmark edition of the military shooter series gets a fresh coat of paint and a reintroduction to its breakneck-pace story in this latest trailer from Activision.

The fervor for a remastered Modern Warfare may be why Activision is packaging it with the three special edition offerings of Infinite Warfare, with no plans yet to offer the game separately. Modern Warfare Remastered will offer all 16 of the original game's maps, with 10 of them available on launch day and the other six arriving in December. Modern Warfare Remastered will launch for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.

A multiplayer beta will get underway in October, but it's only for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Access to that appears to be limited only to those who preorder, you guessed it, Infinite Warfare.
