Get a closer look at Resident Evil 7 biohazard’s DLC

Things look grim for Zoe Baker and Chris Redfield

Capcom offered a better look at Resident Evil 7 biohazard’s upcoming add-ons, End of Zoe and Not A Hero, in a new trailer that reveals a bit about what Chris Redfield and Zoe Baker will be getting up to later this year.

Resident Evil 7’s End of Zoe DLC is included as part of the game’s season pass and the game’s Gold Edition re-release, which will bundle all of the horror game’s expansions. End of Zoe will also be sold separately for $14.99. Today’s look at the add-on reveals Joe, “a mysterious outdoorsman ... who lives along the bank of the marshes and has a chance encounter with Zoe that sets both their fates in motion.”

Things don’t look very sunny for Zoe based on her condition in the trailer, but it will be nice to have some closure on her character.

As for Not A Hero, the free episode starring Resident Evil veteran Chris Redfield, we get a look at what appear to be some of Resident Evil 7’s more action-oriented moments. Here’s Capcom’s official description:

Taking place after the horrific events that befell Ethan Winters in Resident Evil 7 biohazard, Chris is on the hunt for Lucas Baker to bring an end to the Baker tragedy once and for all. BSAA agents had tried to take on Lucas previously, but were unsuccessful and themselves became captives of the menacing trickster. Can Chris save the team while also tracking down Lucas through perilous poison gas filled dungeons?

Resident Evil 7’s End of Zoe and Not A Hero DLC will be released Dec. 12 on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One. Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition drops on the same day.
