Arc System Works’ fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ will be released on Jan. 26, 2018, in the Americas, publisher Bandai Namco announced today. Dragon Ball FighterZ is bound for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
Dragon Ball FighterZ will go up against another big release on Jan. 26. That’s when Capcom plans to bring Monster Hunter: World to PS4 and Xbox One.
In addition to confirming the game’s release date, Bandai Namco released new screens of recently announced fighters Captain Ginyu and Nappa in action. Those can be seen, along with a peek at the game’s story mode and online mode, in the gallery below.
Bandai Namco also confirmed that it will sell a character pass for Dragon Ball FighterZ, which will offer eight additional playable characters as downloadable content. Those who pre-order the game digitally will get early access to Dragon Ball FighterZ’s open beta on PS4 and Xbox One.
