Stranger Things 2 will have a new aftershow on Netflix

You won’t have to go to YouTube for this one

When Stranger Things 2 premieres tomorrow, a seven-part aftershow that includes interviews with the show’s cast, creators and director will be available to stream alongside it.

Netflix confirmed today in a YouTube video that Beyond Stranger Things will be hosted by Jim Rash (Community). Like Netflix’s previous Stranger Things aftershow, which was hosted on YouTube by a panel of experts, Beyond Stranger Things will examine the season in depth and discuss some of the hidden clues that fans may have missed while watching.

Beyond Stranger Things “tackles inspiration for the series, behind-the-scenes stories, and analyzes every aspect of the second season — answering all the burning questions,” according to Netflix. Like the first Stranger Things aftershow, it’s imperative that viewers finish the entire second season before digging into Beyond Stranger Things. As we said in our review, “it’s impossible to talk about any of these details without spoiling the majority of the season.”

A sneak peek of the aftershow features Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), executive producer and director Shawn Levy, and creators Matt and Ross Duffer. Other cast members, including Sean Astin, David Harbour, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Dacre Montgomery and Noah Schnapp are all confirmed to appear on the series, too.

Beyond Stranger Things will be able to watch in its entirety on Oct. 27, the same day all nine episodes of Stranger Things 2 are released.
