Blood and Truth is an explosive action game for PlayStation VR

It’s The London Heist “dialed up to 11”

Sony’s London Studio revealed its new game, Blood and Truth, at Paris Games Week today. The PlayStation VR action game is inspired by the studio’s previous action game experiment, The London Heist, according to its creators.

The London Heist was a PlayStation VR demo featured in Sony’s PlayStation VR Worlds collection. Sony’s London Studio said it went back to that title to turn it into a full game and “dial it up to 11” with expanded gameplay.

While The London Heist was described as a “love letter to classic cockney gangster movies,” Blood and Truth draws its inspiration from “more classic action movies” and Hollywood blockbusters, according to the studio. And where The London Heist was more “static,” players will be able to move, shoot, dual wield and reload in frantic action scenes.

London Studio said today’s look at Blood and Truth was a small sample of what to expect, promising even more locations and a look at the “glamor and grit of modern day London.”
