After months of waiting, the second trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi is here, and for the first time, we get a clear shot of Snoke in action — and hear the battle cry of a porg. The trailer can be viewed above.
Disney and Lucasfilm first teased the trailer on Sunday, releasing two different clips from it. The first featured Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) taking the lightsaber back from Rey (Daisy Ridley) with his cybernetic hand. The second clip demonstrated Rey’s wicked lightsaber wielding abilities, as she danced around with the saber expertly. No other information was provided by Lucasfilm at the time other than confirming the trailer would debut during the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears game on Monday Night Football.
On Twitter, director Rian Johnson told one fan that if people want to go into the movie knowing as little as possible, it might be best to bypass this trailer.
I a legitimately torn. If you want to come in clean, absolutely avoid it.
