Square Enix will release an update for Final Fantasy 15 soon that will give players the ability to play the main game not just as Noctis, but as Ignis, Gladio and Prompto too.

During an “Active Time Report” stream broadcast earlier today, Square Enix celebrated Final Fantasy 15’s one-year anniversary and talked about what’s still to come. That includes the imminent release of a new character swap feature, which will let players switch between the four protagonists on the fly (with some restrictions, like the Leviathan battle, where you’ll have to play as Noctis).

You can see that character-swapping action in the video below.

That new feature is expected to hit around the same time as Episode Ignis, the story-based downloadable content that focuses on Ignis and drops on Dec. 13.

Episode Ignis apparently won’t be the last story-based add-on for Final Fantasy 15. During the Japanese-language version of the livestream, game director Hajime Tabata said players should expect up to three additional episodes for the game in 2018, one of which will apparently focus on Ardyn Izunia.

Final Fantasy 15 is available now for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game is slated to hit Windows PC in early 2018.
