The Game Awards: The 17 biggest trailers and announcements

While some watch The Game Awards to see what won Game of the Year, most of us are here for the game reveals. This was probably one of the biggest lineups of announcements and reveals in the show’s four-year history. Some of the big reveals include the announcement of Soulcalibur 6, Bayonetta 3, the existence of a new From Software title, a new title from Campo Santo and a four-player co-op title based on World War Z. We also saw new trailers from Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding and 4A Game’s post-apocalyptic Metro: Exodus.

World War Z

The novel-turned-movie is now an upcoming title from Saber Interactive.

Vacation Simulator

Owlchemy Lab’s newest virtual reality title asks what happens when you stop going to work: vacation. It’s the follow-up title to the company’s successful virtual reality title Job Simulator.

This wild VR title, from Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland and Stanley Parable creator William Pugh, is coming to PlayStation this month.

FromSoftware’s Mystery Title

This teaser for fans of the Souls games was barely enough.

In the Valley of Gods

Campo Santo is returning with its second title In The Valley of the Gods, a single-player adventure where you explore a remote valley in Egypt in search of treasure.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - The Champions’ Ballad

Breath of the Wild’s second DLC focuses on the four Champions and Princess Zelda. It also gives Link a sweet motorcycle, and is out Thursday night.

Soulcalibur 6

Bandai Namco’s fighting game franchise is back after a long hiatus.
