Stardew Valley getting retail Collector’s Edition in April

No, it doesn’t come with seeds

Stardew Valley is on its way to a store near you — a physical Collector’s Edition of the phenomenally popular indie game is set for release April 11 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Chucklefish Games, which published the existing digital versions of Stardew Valley, is partnering with publisher 505 Games to bring ConcernedApe’s farming sim to retail. The Collector’s Edition will cost $29.99 in the U.S., and will be available April 13 in the U.K. and Europe.

The Collector’s Edition will include a disc version of the game and a copy of its soothing soundtrack, as well as two physical goodies: a “condensed mini version” of Kari Fry’s gorgeous Stardew Valley Guidebook, and a map of Pelican Town.

Stardew Valley debuted in February 2016 on Windows PC, and by the end of the year, it had been released on Linux, Mac, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. ConcernedApe recently canceled a previously announced Wii U port in favor of a Nintendo Switch version. For more on Stardew Valley, see why it made our top 10 list last year.
