Power Rangers’ most memorable episode airs tonight on Twitch

“Green with Evil” is one of the most memorable events that took place in the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, and it will reportedly air around 8 p.m. ET tonight during Twitch’s 17-day marathon.

“Green with Evil” spanned five episodes and is most notable for introducing the original Green Ranger, Tommy Oliver. Tommy’s the new kid in Angel Grove who has martial arts abilities that match those of Red Ranger, Jason Lee Scott. He immediately catches the eye of Pink Ranger, Kimberly Ann Hart, and the evil Rita Repulsa. Replusa puts Tommy under a spell, turning him into the first evil Ranger.

T his is the one episode fans were waiting on leading up to the 17-day marathon Twitch is hosting, which will coincide with the release of the new Power Rangers movie. In the Power Rangers subreddit, fans started keeping track of when episodes were airing and working out the calculations. According to their most recent estimates, “Green with Evil” will air around 8 pm. ET tonight after allotting time for commercials.

Considering the entire event is spread out over five episodes, make sure to set aside about two-and-a-half hours to watch the entire saga unfold.

Power Rangers, which retells the origin story of the five heroes, will be released on March 24.
