There’s so much to do in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild beyond its main quest, and its sidequests are often just as involved. Of all the optional adventures Link can pursue in the game, perhaps the most more time-consuming is hunting for Korok seeds, as requested by the lovable Hestu — but there’s already someone who’s knocked that whole quest off their list, not even two weeks after launch.
Reddit user xFateAwaitsx posted to the Zelda forum about his achievement, showing off the reward for collecting ‘em all. (Here’s a spoiler warning for anyone who doesn’t want to know how this quest ends, by the way.)

Uh. Well. Yup. That’s what collecting all 900 — 900! — Korok seeds is for, apparently: A shiny piece of Hestu dung.
Completionists will probably still want to go through with the quest, which is either really passive or annoyingly hard to complete. The plant-like Korok creatures are scattered across the world, popping up out of nowhere in all kinds of places to give one of their seeds to Link. He then passes them along to Hestu, who rewards him with smaller gifts in the lead-up to the big prize.
These are typically increased weapon storage, but they clearly pale in comparison to Hestu’s ultimate, fragrant present. Say what you want about how this achievement compares to the amount of effort it takes to unlock it; Hestu is a true friend.
