Wonder Woman sneak peek adds a little bit of comedy to the DC Extended Universe

After receiving grief over the lack of promotional Wonder Woman material being made for the movie just weeks away from its release, DC fans’ wants have been satiated.

Fox and Warner Bros. teamed up to bring an exclusive 60-second clip from the upcoming stand-alone film to audiences during tonight’s premiere of Gotham. It can be seen below. The team-up is akin to when Marvel uses Agents of SHIELD on ABC to debut a new trailer. The only difference being that Marvel and ABC are both owned by Disney whereas Fox and Warner Bros. are completely independent of one another.

Warner Bros. came under fire last week after people starting complaining that Wonder Woman hasn’t received the same kind of promotional marketing that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice or Suicide Squad have. Screenshots from YouTube showcasing the difference in TV spots and trailers released demonstrated just how little Warner Bros. has done with promoting the new stand-alone movie, which belongs to its expanding DC universe.

Warner Bros. hasn’t spoken out about the complaints, but Polygon has reached out for comment.

Wonder Woman will be released on June 2.
