Several DC animated series will depart Netflix in August

Justice League animated— Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Superman look concerned
Justice League
DC Comics/Warner Bros.

It is the worst of times.

We regret to inform you that some of our favorite movies and TV shows are once again departing from the top streaming services. They’re leaving on a jet plane, don’t know when they’ll be back again. Oh, Babe Winkelman’s Outdoor Secrets, 2014: Quarter 4, we hate to watch you go from Netflix on Aug. 1.

Speaking of men named Babe with a fondness for nature, director George Miller’s magnum opus, Babe: Pig in the City, and the original Babe, are leaving Netflix the same day. That’ll do, pig. That’ll do.

It’ll be a rough month for fans of DC Comics as well. Practically every DC animated series is being removed from Netflix on the first day of August. Justice League, Justice League Unlimited and Young Justice will no longer be available on the service. If you were looking forward to binging those before the first live-action Justice League film hits theaters in November, you may be out of luck. In addition, HBO subscribers will lose Batman Forever on Aug. 31. Even forever has to end some day.

Netflix is also getting rid of American Dad! on Aug. 15, the most recent show affected by Fox Television’s deal with Hulu. Millennials take note too: The Lizzie McGuire Movie departs Netflix on Aug. 1 while Harriet the Spy will high-tail it outta Hulu on Aug. 31.

Check the list below for every movie and TV show leaving Netflix, Hulu and HBO Now.
