Final Fantasy 15’s luxurious ride, the Regalia, is coming to Forza Horizon 3 next week as a free download. Players who own either Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One or Windows 10, or Final Fantasy 15 on Xbox One will receive the Regalia via an in-game message or Xbox Live message on Aug. 1.
The cast of Final Fantasy 15 drives the Regalia across the kingdom of Lucis on their epic road trip, and Forza Horizon 3 players will be able to take similarly leisurely cruises across Australia. The Regalia’s a big, powerful car; it’s nearly 21 feet long and seven feet wide, according to Xbox.com, and boasts a 7.2-liter supercharged V12 engine that delivers 536 horsepower and 590 lb/ft of torque.
Like its Final Fantasy 15 counterpart, the Regalia in Forza Horizon 3 will let players drop the roof and drive convertible-style. It appears, however, that it will be unable to fly. More details about the development of the Regalia for Forza is available at the series’ official website.
The Regalia is part of a small group of fictional video game cars drivable in the Forza franchise, joining the Halo series’ Warthog and Fallout 4’s Chryslus Rocket ’69.
