Coming to Nintendo 3DS this November

Mario Party: The Top 100 is the next entry in the Mario Party franchise, although it’s not a new game — it’s a collection of the series’ best offerings.

Mario Party: The Top 100, which is coming exclusively to Nintendo 3DS on Nov. 10, will feature a curated collection of the 100 best minigames from all 10 Mario Party games on home consoles.

The Mario Party franchise began in 1998 with the original Mario Party, and the most recent proper entry was Mario Party 10, which was released on Wii U in 2015. Nintendo has also released Mario Party games on a number of its handheld devices: the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS.

Since Mario Party is a series of multiplayer party games, Mario Party: The Top 100 will support four-person multiplayer action via the Nintendo 3DS’ Download Play feature.
