Final Fantasy 9 comes to PlayStation 4

Square Enix is re-releasing Final Fantasy 9 for PlayStation 4. The port of the 2000 game was announced at Sony Interactive Entertainment’s pre-Tokyo Game Show 2017 press conference.

In Japan, the title is available now from the PlayStation Store, Square Enix and Sony announced.

The PS4 port of the PlayStation role-playing game appears similar to the 2015 re-release that was brought to Windows PC via Steam and smartphones.
