Enchantress is the next fighter coming to Injustice 2, available in early access beginning Tuesday Jan. 9 for those who have either the game’s premium Ultimate Edition, Ultimate Pack or Fighter Pack 3. Everyone else can buy Enchantress on Jan. 16.
Naturally, NetherRealm Studios and WB Games are saving the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles — announced in November along with Atom and Enchantress — for last in Fighter Pack 3. They’ll probably show up sometime in February, as Atom became available last month.
But Enchantress is no slouch, either. Her moveset includes some slick projectile counterattacks and juggle combinations. But that super attack, where Deadshot gets his ass beaten by his own soul, is pretty killer. Commenters are already wondering how that’s gonna work with some of the roster’s more grandiose combatants — for example, Gorilla Grodd or Swamp Thing.
