Dark Souls leads this week’s Nintendo Switch eShop update

More modern classics get ported to Switch

After a bit of a delay, Dark Souls: Remastered is coming to Nintendo Switch this week. FromSoftware’s challenging action role-playing game is just one of a handful of modern classics that are making their way to the Switch.

This week’s Nintendo Switch eShop update also includes ports of Sega’s tactical role-playing game Valkyria Chronicles and award-winning puzzle game The Room. The eShop also welcomes back Ubisoft’s venerable dancing game franchise with Just Dance 2019, available digitally starting Oct. 23, and the new game from Hidetaka “Swery” Suehiro’s White Owls studio, The Missing: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories.
