Today’s Nintendo Direct will offer final details on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for Nintendo Switch in a presentation scheduled to last about 40 minutes. The Super Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct stream will kick off at 7 a.m. PT/10 a.m. ET, and you can watch it live on YouTube or Twitch. We’ve embedded the stream above for easy viewing.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is just weeks away — the game comes to Switch on Dec. 7 — but there are plenty of details still to be revealed. Game director Masahiro Sakurai will drop that news today, and hopefully confirm the game’s final roster and explain what the mysterious Spirits Mode is all about. We’ll likely find out if a supposed leak about a bunch of new characters is more than just a rumor.
Nintendo has a post-show planned as soon as the Nintendo Direct wraps up. An episode of Nintendo Treehouse: Live will immediately follow the Direct presentation and showcase new gameplay from Switch games Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Yoshi’s Crafted World, Pokémon: Lets Go! and Diablo 3: Eternal Collection.
