BioWare’s next game, Anthem, will hit consoles and PC on Feb. 22, 2019. But if you’d like to try it out a bit early, you can do that as early as January, when BioWare and publisher Electronic Arts will release a demo for Anthem.
Anthem’s “VIP Demo” will be available on Jan. 25 to customers who pre-order the game, as well as subscribers of EA Access and Origin Access, Electronic Arts’ game subscription services for Xbox One and PC, respectively. The following week, on Feb. 1, everyone will get access to the Anthem demo on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
BioWare didn’t announce what the demo will include, but Anthem lead producer Mike Gamble said it will offer a “taste of flying and fighting in this brand-new world.”
A new trailer for Anthem dropped last night at The Game Awards, which you can watch for a dramatic teaser of the game’s sci-fi story.
