Deals on last year’s most exciting games are starting to drop with more regularity as retailers and publishers make room for 2018 titles. Nintendo’s flagship games of 2017 are seeing significant price drops, with Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild both marked down on Amazon. A few other games that topped Polygon’s Best of 2017 list are discounted as well, including Assassin’s Creed Origins and Destiny 2. If you’ve been waiting to pick up any of these games, this is the perfect opportunity to check out what you missed.
When it comes to hardware, we’re still seeing the best deals on Xbox One consoles. The Microsoft Store is offering a free game of your choice (from a small selection) with an Xbox One bundle, and Walmart is offering two free games, Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Grand Theft Auto 5. Switch bundles may save you $10 here or there — the best deal on the Switch this week is the Super Mario Odyssey bundle at B&H for $350.39.

Commerce Team Picks
- I just finished filing my taxes and am very tempted to use my refund to pick up an Xbox One at GameStop’s tax day sale. The retailer is offering discounts on consoles, accessories, games, and collectibles through March 6.
- I had to delete Darkest Dungeon off my Switch to make room for Celeste, and that’s a choice no one should have to make. SanDisk microSD cards are up to 33 percent off at Amazon, so I went ahead and picked up a 64 GB card so I can keep both of these beautiful, stressful games.
