Final Fantasy 15 and The Sims are having a crossover

Only if you buy the Windows Edition on EA’s Origin

The Windows Edition of Final Fantasy 15 is getting an unexpected tie-in to The Sims. Square Enix and Electronic Arts announced today that players who purchase the PC version of Final Fantasy 15 from Origin, EA’s online store, will get a pair of Sims-themed outfits.

Those outfits are based on The Sims 4 Llama Suit — and feature the iconic Sims plumbob — and can be worn by Noctis in the single-player campaign. Players can also wear the Llama suit in Final Fantasy 15’s multiplayer expansion, Comrades.

The Sims outfit for Final Fantasy 15 Windows Edition can be earned by purchasing the game via Origin between March 6 (the PC version’s launch date) through May 1. That offer is similar to the Half-Life-inspired costume that’s available with the Steam release of Final Fantasy 15.

EA is further sweetening the deal by offering a Final Fantasy 15-themed costume for The Sims 4. Starting March 8, The Sims 4 players will be able to download a Noctis outfit for their Sim.

You can see the Llama suit and plumbob in action in the Final Fantasy 15 Windows Edition trailer above.
