Good Smile Company, the maker of Nendoroid and Figma toys, will release a toy version of the Guardian from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild later this year. Not only does it nicely complement Good Smile’s Nendoroid Link figure from Breath of the Wild, it also lets you recreate many familiar moments from the game thanks to its included “Game Over” screen.
The Nendoroid Guardian features a movable head and eyeball, as well as a number of accessories: an eye beam attack, an Ancient Bow and the aforementioned translucent “Game Over” screen. The toy is currently up for pre-order at Good Smile’s online store for 5,800 yen (about $55). Pre-orders close on April 18, and the Nendoroid Guardian is expected to ship in August.
Good Smile is also re-releasing its Breath of the Wild Link figures. The Nendoroid Link and Nendoroid Link DX, which cost 4,500 yen and 5,800 yen, respectively, are also up for pre-order. Those figures are expected to ship in September.
