Capcom

A bunch of Sega and Capcom games are available as part of a new Humble Bundle — including some total classics, highly recommended hits and even some very good coupons. For PlayStation console owners, this is a serious gift, one that’s both cheap and for a good cause.

All of the Sega and Capcom games included in the various pay tiers are for PlayStation platforms, with even PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita seeing some representation in here. Games on those systems include Sonic Generations, a truly excellent Sonic game that mashes up the series’ best features; Crazy Taxi, which ... hello, it’s Crazy Taxi, it’s awesome; and the cult favorite, you-might-have-missed-it shooter Binary Domain, directed by the creator of the Yakuza franchise.

Capcom fills out most of the PlayStation 4 content, and that’s great for anyone who’s yet to get into series like Resident Evil or Mega Man. The remastered versions of the original Resident Evil and Resident Evil Code: Veronica X are in the bundle; they prove that these 1990s favorites continue to be really damn good. (Resident Evil in particular is still stunning.) The first two Dead Rising games are also offered to buyers at two different donation tiers, and they both see a nice graphical bump on PS4.

There are also a handful of coupons offered that get you up to 50 percent off some recent games, most notably Resident Evil 7 and Yakuza 0. Also, remember that part of your money goes toward supporting a charity of your choice, another nice bonus, like American Red Cross and Save the Children.

Sega and Capcom have paired before to bring their games into one Humble Bundle, but I’d wager that this is a much better collection of games. And as hard as it is to find the time for all the great games already out this year, it’s always good to be able to lean back on some old classics.

Below is the full list of games and at which minimum pay tiers you can grab them, from $1 to $15. (I highly recommend the games on that “beat the average” tier, in particular.) The Capcom and Sega Humble Bundle is available through May 8 at 11 a.m PT.
