Get your first look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Activision unveiled Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, this year’s entry in the annualized shooter franchise, during a livestream today.

We’ve embedded the archived stream above. It kicked off with the first gameplay trailer for the fall release — which, as we previously reported, lacks a single-player campaign.

We also got to see the initial set of Zombies mode maps, which includes three different missions that will launch alongside the game.

In addition, Activision revealed the rumored Battle Royale mode for Black Ops 4, called Blackout. We didn’t see too much of it, so we can only imagine what a Fortnite- and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds-inspired take on Call of Duty will look like.

Black Ops 4 will also be exclusive to Battle.net on Windows PC, a first for the series. It follows in Destiny 2’s footsteps.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will launch Oct. 12 on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One. Check out our full storystream for all the info.
