Cyberpunk 2077 made a very positive impression at E3 this year, and factored prominently in Microsoft’s press conference. The game’s developer, CD Projekt Red, also cleverly hid a bunch of information inside the trailer, alongside free copies of the Witcher 3 Game of the Year Edition. It was a good show for the game, all things considered.
But it’s the game’s Twitter account that has proven to be the most fun both during and after E3.
Remember how chill this account used to be when we only tweeted like once every five years?

In terms of theme, I’m not sure there’s anything more dystopian than a fast food restaurant getting excited about your video game.
And that - but that‘s between us - was the only goal we had in mind when releasing the trailer. It worked. Wendy‘s is psyched. Job done.

The account is busy pitching crossovers:
While we have your attention - any chance you guys can help us with Day of the Mortal Cyberpunk?

It will throw shade at CD Projekt’s digital distribution platform:
Spoiler: everyone dies.

The account was concerned about someone’s very, very specific questions about the in-game sex:

Running a Twitter account that tries to be goofy without coming off like you’re trying be very hard to appeal to Fellow Youths can be tricky, but whoever is behind the Cyberpunk 2077 social team is doing a pretty good job of things so far.
