Fallout 76’s announcement was preceded by a 24-hour Twitch stream of a Vault Boy bobblehead that was watched by 2 million people, proving that people really, really like Fallout. If you haven’t yet played Todd Howard’s post-apocalyptic open world RPG, Amazon is discounting the latest game in the series, Fallout 4, both the original and the Game of the Year Edition.

It’s the start of a new month which means that if you’re a member of Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus or Twitch Prime, you’ve got a new batch of free games to download. June’s Games With Gold lineup includes two Xbox One games as well as two backwards-compatible Xbox 360 games. PlayStation 4 owners can pick up Trials Fusion and XCOM 2. Finally, Twitch Prime free games are Strafe, The Banner Saga, Tumblestone and Treadnauts.

  • Allegra alerted us to the new Jigglypuff Build-a-Bear this week and it’s just as adorable as you’d expect. An online exclusive bundle comes with a fuzzy cape, microphone, Jigglypuff sound box and exclusive trading card. 10-year-old me is freaking out a little bit.
  • If you’ve been thinking about starting a Dungeons and Dragons campaign but have no idea where to start, our new guide can help. There are plenty of tips on what you need to get started and resources for new DMs. The TL;DR version is: you don’t need to have everything figured out right away.
  • We’re almost a week away from E3 which means that we’re about to be flooded with new games to get excited about. Already we’ve got announcements for Fallout 76, Assassins Creed: Odyssey and two new Pokemon games. This seems like a good time to remind you that Amazon offers 20 percent off gaming pre-orders for Amazon Prime members. You should always be careful when pre-ordering games, but you can always cancel if you decide you’re not interested anymore.
