Summer Games Done Quick presses on today with 21 events over the next 24 hours (noon today until noon Friday). The highlight today is a primetime showdown race wherein Kosmic, world record holder in three of the five major Super Mario Bros. categories, takes on three others in a race event. That gets started at 8:35 p.m. ET.
Other events worth a mention over the next day: Heinki runs both Deus Ex and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided back-to-back beginning at 5:08 p.m. Tomorrow (Friday) morning, Catherine fans get a one-player/two-controllers run courtesy of Ghoul02 at 8:16 a.m., followed by a Double Dragon block featuring LRock in Double Dragon and sinister1 in Double Dragon 2: The Revenge. Both events are Any% runs.

- At 7:25 p.m., LifeL1ke in Prey (2017 release, no out-of-bounds).
- At 8:35 p.m. SuperSonic71087 (6th), RetroBob_ (24th), Kosmic (1st) and RoyLGamer (14th) in Super Mario Bros. (warpless, race).
- At 10:32 p.m., rezephos in Super Mario World (All castles and forts, small character only).
- At 11:54 p.m., AeonFrodo in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (32 tracks, 200cc with items).
- At 3:36 a.m., Shockwve and Amyrlinn in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (co-op, Any%).
- At 6:16 a.m., MURPHAGATOR! in Bionic Commando (2009 version, Any%).
- At 7:31 a.m., chuckles825 in Bound (Any%).
- At 9:44 a.m., InTheMug in Golden Axe (Tyris Flare). This is InTheMug’s only game, and Tyris Flare is his best character
- At 10:09 a.m., Anthopants in Streets of Rage 2 (Mania%). Anthopants is first with every character in Mania mode.
- At 9:20 a.m., sinister1 in Double Dragon 2: The Revenge (Any%).
