Wreck-It Ralph’s newest trailer is fast, furious and full of Disney princesses

What is Merida even talking about?

Owen S. Good is a longtime veteran of video games writing, well known for his coverage of sports and racing games.

The latest trailer for Wreck-It Ralph’s sequel shows what happens when a platform video-game icon ventures out into the larger word of the Internet.

He ends up in all kinds of clichés and hijinks, in other words, as he and Vanellope von Schweetz seek a fix for her Sugar Rush video game. They fight their way through a Fast and Furious style action racer and then Vanellope drops into a group discussion with Disney princesses Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) Belle (Beauty and the Beast), and a completely unintelligible Merida from Brave. By the looks of it Ralph Breaks The Internet is going to break the fourth and every other dialogue wall of comedy to get its laughs.

The driver racing against Vanellope is named Shank, voiced by none other than Wonder Woman’s Gal Gadot. Ralph Breaks the Internet premieres Nov. 21.
