Unlike Santa, most people don’t have time to make a list and check it twice when the holiday season rolls around. Shopping for Christmas and Hanukkah gifts can be daunting, especially since the rest of us don’t have a staff of elves at our disposal. Whether you’re overwhelmed at the positive avalanche of holiday marketing or you just don’t even know where to start, we’ve got you covered.

All year, we here at Polygon keep up with the latest tech and collectibles, from the long-awaited Sega Genesis Mini to Pokémon plushes with Ditto’s creepy, blank face. We consider ourselves experts on what’s worth buying, and we’ve rounded up some of our favorite gift-able products that were released this year, as well as some old favorites. You’ll find something here for everyone on your nice list. For the rest: coal.

Listed prices reflect MSRP, though several of the recommended gifts are or will be on sale throughout the holiday season.
