Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinsky are back in the first trailer for Netflix’s To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You.
The sequel sees them taking their fake relationship, conjured up in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, to the next level. They’re dating for reals this time! And they’re blissfully and happily in love! And doing cute couple-y things! And wearing perfectly aesthetic bold colors that look way cooler than anything I wore in high school!
All seems well, until one of Lara Jean’s former crushes returns and her feelings are caught in a whirlwind. Lana Condor returns as Lara Jean, with Noah Centineo as Peter Kavinsky. Jordan Fisher joins as new (old?) crush John Ambrose McClaren.
To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You is based on the second book in Jenny Han’s YA romance trilogy, which follows half-Korean high school student Lara Jean as she navigates her relationship with her sisters and her carious crushes. The Netflix adaptation of the first book premiered in 2018 and became beloved among rom-com fans and YA fans alike. A scene featuring probiotic beverage (and staple of many Asian communities) Yakult led to a spike in the drink’s popularity.
To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You premieres on Netflix on Feb. 12.
